Agent & Workflow Data

We store the instructions, tool configurations, memory, and execution logs for agents you create. This data is stored securely and is used solely to operate your agents on your behalf.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access times for security monitoring and service reliability purposes.

Communications

If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our support.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service — running your agents, storing configurations, processing API requests.
• To improve the platform — analysing usage patterns (in aggregate, never individual content) to improve features and reliability.
• To communicate with you — sending account notifications, product updates, and support responses. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• To ensure security — detecting abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access to our systems.
• To comply with legal obligations — responding to lawful requests from authorities where required.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted infrastructure partners (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data.

• Business transfers — if Korelos AI Studio is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@korelos.com.

• Agent configurations and memory: retained while your account is active.
• Execution logs: retained for 7 days (Starter), 90 days (Pro), or custom (Enterprise).
• Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Enterprise plans include SOC 2 compliance and private cloud deployments.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws, including:
